Founded in 1999, Jeffs Construction started working in partnership with Willmott Dixon on their Tower Hamlets Project carrying out their roofing and ground work services. This quickly grew to incorporate general repairs and void works. Having originated from Tower Hamlets our local knowledge proved invaluable on this particular contract.

 

However, through “word of mouth” our client base quickly grew to include Mansell Construction Services, Toynbee Housing, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Clifford Davlin, East Thames Housing to name but a few.

 

In 2006 we launched J&W Steel to encompass the Metal Work side of our business and CCTV Jetting and Drainage to increase the diversity of services offered to our clients.

 

We have developed a reputation for reliability, personal service and innovative solutions and are very proud of the fact that 90% of our business is from customers with whom we have previously worked.

 

To carry on these contracts our Company had to become EXOR and Construction Line accredited.
